What: Provide an outline/context for the class at the beginning of each day.
How: Write out a clear agenda on the board/slideshow to share with students what they are going to be doing in class that day. Begin the class with going over the agenda and asking students if they have any questions.
Why: As a student I enjoy knowing what to expect out of the class at the beginning, or sometimes even before class starts. When students are aware of what is coming up they can be intentional and prepare for what is next.
