I have created this personalized resource based on my observations in POLS B339 this semester, and our one-on-one discussions every week. The theme of 'Balance' was prevalent in our discussions so I decided to use that theme throughout this resource as a lens to situate my suggestions. I have organized this into two main parts: Semester Overview and Pedagogical Strategies. I have also included some information on facilitation which might help in leading more open-ended discussions.
