How: If there are any exams or assignments due during finals week, you might want to explicitly share the format and expectations for those if you have not already had the chance. Also, it is important to share your availability in terms of office hours, when you will be contactable by email etc.

Why: Especially when there are final assignments after the last class, that class is really important in highlighting any outstanding information or expectations. Reiterating your availability is helpful in showing students you are still a resource for them.
